Ducker or side chain

I have created a ducker for the CQ and I invite you to try it.

Give us an idea of what you made and how it works, please. I won’t click on an unknown link.

And you’re right not to! The link leads to Apple’s TestFlight, which is their platform for distributing apps while in beta. You can google that yourself. If you follow the link you will get instructions on how to install TestFlight and through that, MiniDucq.

MiniDucq is an iOS app that has yet to go through Apple rigid testing but so far has been approved for public beta testing. It will communicate with your CQ (20B) over Ethernet and read the channel level of your choice and duck the channel fader of your choice, using the ducker parameters of your choice. The app does not connect to the internet and it does not share any data with me or anyone else, unless you decide to send me a question and include the app log, which is a feature coming in the next update.

Have you watched the YouTube clip to understand the basic functionality?

Looks nice. Will this run in the background while the CQmix app is running in front?

Thank you! Yes it will, if you enable it in the settings.
