Even-odd patching of stereo inputs

I’m ok with the rule that stereo channels must be odd-even, but would like to be able to patch preamps even-odd to them.

Actually it should be any preamp. Ambi mics often are stage left and stage right. It’s a pita, that those have to be on the same stagebox odd-even.
