# Fader follow issue

We are running two Ipads on Sunday morning in addition to our Qu-24. One is for livestream mix and the other is for quick access to soft keys, DCAs…on a custom layer plus remote mixing and setup. Lately I have notice that I have 2 channel faders that do not respond on the mixer when I adjust them. It is the same on both Ipads. When I first power up and adjust the fader on the Ipad, the mixer follows, but after 3 or 4 adjustments it won’t follow anymore. In reverse, adjusting the fader on the mixer always gets a response on the Ipads. Is this a communication issue from the Ipads and why just the same 2 channels?

What happens when you switch between layers on the console?
Do the two faders move normally to their correct positions, or do they get stuck as well?

They move correctly when switching between layers.
