I frequent another forum (Fractal Audio) that was recently upgraded from a sluggish outdated forum platform, to a new one (xenforo dot com). It offers an appealing interface with a variety of features and functionality that I thought might be of interest to the A&H folks, along with the user base. It seems to me the existing forum is a bit dated and doesn’t provide the user ‘experience’ that some of the newer forum platforms do. I’m of the opinion that an upgraded forum would drive a lot more traffic, thus providing A&H users with even greater value, and drive more sales to A&H.
I hope my message doesn’t come across as a complaint, but merely a great opportunity. The GLD series of equipment has made a loyal customer and a huge fan out of me, and I suspect many others feel the same.
