Front Panel on Qu-Pac locked

Hello,

I have a Qu-Pac with all physical buttons locked. Currently I am on the channel page and the touch screen allows me to toggle tabs and highlight channels, but I am unable to make changes.

On the Qu-pad, I am logged in Admin. and have no problem with control.

I am about to do a power-cycle, but I am wondering how this could happen. I am really hoping I do not have to do a factory reset…

Thank you very much! I will be back at the church on Tuesday and will gather info. and submit a ticket. Is it something that we can attempt to resolve the same day?

Hi Jon,

Our offices our option 9-5 Monday to Friday (UK time), but if it is something that can be resolved in the software, it is probably an easy fix.

I had that same thing happen one time with my QU-Pac as well a little over a year
ago. Can’t remember the firmware version I was running at the time though.
Doing a shutdown, power off back on took care of it.
