I’d love to be able to use the qu-16 as a portastudio, recording to some tracks while playing back other tracks.
Is it anything talking against it? (I’d be happy to not get full channel count if its a speed issue)
Of course you can! Only with computer, not Qu-drive. See page 19 of the manual for input selection and p. 54 for streaming directions

it’s what i want to do too…With 16 or 24 in/out channels and some plug-ins the usb port don’t seem totally full ??? no crack or drop ?
