Having 8 mini displays when you select a single channel is not helpful in that you now must click in fairly small place to see more info while perhaps under live sound pressure.
The GLD processing screen is good. You can see most things at once and it is easy to expand EQ, or dynamics if you need to see more options.
+1, was just using this console for the first time today and can’t agree more. Would be nice go get a single channel view when selecting a channel.

Totally agree, to me the 8ch View just makes sense on larger displays, where you have one fader beneath CH-Overview (like on Vi-Series).

I’d like to retain the 8-channel bank view but get a GLD-like one channel overview in addition.
Agree with Guma, although I love the idea that was suggested of a fullscreen expanded channel. But I like seeing 8ch overview to quickly check on input gains, compressors and gates all at once. Please dont loose it!
I think a good solution here would be to be able to have an overview which followed the selected channel as an option in the iPad app. Plenty of people are already using an iPad as a meter bridge so this should in theory be easy to implement.
