Setting up gates and compressors per channel a doddle. Why not an FX such as reverb or echo too? To do this, on demand, on the fly? Nah, it sucks.

Somewhat expensive in terms of CPU that though. Personally I set up a couple of FX that I want to use, then to add an effect to a channel I tap the FX1 Mix button and move the fader on that channel…
I do wonder if something like an additional tab could appear for an inserted fx unit, basically as an extra way to get to the FX config from the channel processing screen.
