GLD 112 White Screen on start up

The mixer has refused to boot after several attempt. All I could see is a white screen.
Can A&H support give some suggestions to resolve this issue. This is the first time we are having this boot problem.

How long have you left it there and waited for it to boot? Wait at least 5 minutes, because if DHCP is enabled on the GLD and no DHCP server is available on the network (or the network is disconnected), it will wait until it times out.

If it eventually comes up, go into the network settings and disable DHCP and manually assign an address, and it should boot much faster.
