Hi. I have tried downloading firmware v1.61 for our GLD-80, from https://www.allen-heath.com/key-series/gld-series/
Each time, it downloads a few mb, and then hangs, with failed network error. I have had the same problem from two different computers (one Windows & one a Mac) and from different network locations, including wifi and 3G. I get the same problem each time.
I am wondering if there is there a problem with the A&H website downloads? Does anyone know of another location I can download this file from?
