Hi, just experienced a white screen on startup on the GLD112. No lights audio and can’t get to startup screen etc, was fine a week ago! Is there a hard reset procedure or a solution to this?

If it comes up after a longer wait, it’s the DHCP settings.
If it doesn’t it’s likely the CR2032 battery on the main board. See the previous posts here for a solution.

I have the same problem with the white screen today. I haven’t looked at the jumper inside yet. If it’s really about it, then this is a big minus for developers! The company should issue at least a publicly available service bulletin on how to fix this problem. After all, this can be done in advance, and not get a problem before the start of an important concert!
