GLD80 Error - Server Side Disconnected

About two weeks ago, I powered up the GLD and after about an hour, while making some routine changes, the touchscreen flickered, and then the GLD restarted itself.

Photo of the log file attached, as well as the actual log file, in case anyone whats to take a look.

The GLD has been working fine since then.

I’m wondering if I need to be concerned, if it indicative of a bigger problem, or if this is likely to be a one-off.

Sorry to hear you are having trouble with this.

This sounds like a possible software issue. Please submit a ticket at support.allen-heath.com. with details of what version of firmware etc you are using.

We can then investigate this in more detail for you.
