Headphone monitoring in Ableton (beginner)

Hey guys,
This is a really simple question. How do I monitor my DAW through my headphones without it playing through the speakers? Currently, Ableton comes in to channels 1 and 2 of my mixer.

In other words, when I try to PAFL the Master, nothing happens.I would expect that the signal to only come out my headphones at that point.
