HELP! Qu-16 System Failure HARD

HI! Today evening we have show - i’m turning console on and all leds are turned on - LCD display off
No reaction to any actions!What to do?

Hard reset as per manual (I assume you’ve rebooted)

So what does happen? Does it just boot in the same way?

Can you post a short video of both boot sequences (normal and hard reset)?
(Trying to get the whole board in shot)

Oh - and work on a backup plan for this evening, anyone with another desk you can borrow…

I’m send it to service centre - problem in static electricity - USB controller -died
But there are some chance that all another in console is good - waiting for new controller

P.S. at evening i connect Allen&Heath too - but analog
