how to record into DAW with EQ ?

hi there,
i record standard without EQ and compreessor settings of my channels - just the signal.
but this time I want to record WITH all the EQs.
How can I get this into my DAW ?
Anybody out there who could tell me how I can do this with my SQ6 ?
