I am having an issue with the way pre/post is working

Hello all. I am using a Drive S7000. When I have a send that isn’t set to “pre”, I cannot for the life of me get any audio to pass. It behaves as if I have it turned off. I have the send turned up 100% and the fader up all the way, I also have the Aux set to ON. Nevertheless, no audio is passing whatsoever. Once I change it over to “Pre” audio passes through just fine. Does anyone know what I am missing here?

Maybe a corresponding DCA is at -infinity?

Thanks for the reply. Next time I with the board I’ll investigate if that might be what’s going on. Thanks for the suggestion.

Or similarly, a mute group.
Or a mute. But that would have been pretty obvious so you would have probably caught it.
Or something else in the signal chain like a gate that isn’t opening.
