I created a show using the editor and emailed the .xml file to another tech at the shop. he saved it to usb and tried to load it using the t112. we are getting an error saying “Incompatible show file”. Any Suggestions?

Was the version of the programs you were both using the same? If The tech at the shop is using an earlier version you will not be able to open the file. The iLive you put the show on will also need to be the same version (or higher)as the program you created the show on.
