Is there anything the iPad app will do that I can’t do simply with iLive on a small laptop?

I wonder about the same thing. Anything other than multi-touch and making Steve Jobs happy?

Where is my DANTE & iMonitor?
Why not integrate a good multitouch-enabled UI (as an option) in the existing editor? That would be great!

So it sounds like no one can think of any great reason to further enrich Steve Jobs, a $300 small laptop loaded with Editor seems like a smarter investment. Touchscreen would be nice, but its not worth 800.00.

I’ve bought an iPad recently, and am looking forward to seeing the app, if it’s a step forward from Tweak it’ll be a big plus and worth the money I’d say (the tactical control really is useful when doing fine fader moves)
