I was wondering the same, I remember updating iTunes about 3 years ago and not being able to get it to work for about 2 months… Something to do with bonjour in the end but very frustrating so I think I will leave the ipad2 on the current version for a bit!

I used mixpad on a show last night with v5 & it works, but I had several hangs which required a restart - this could have been down to something in the router settings (I had to change a couple of things on the last show to allow another engineer access with his iPad), I’m going to reset the router to my default settings this week & check to see if it is that or if I need to do a restore back to v4!

I used v5 (R72/idr 32, iPad-1) mixing entirely on the iPad last Friday, no issues, no difference from norm.
