Just one question up to now: is it possible to (multitrack) record channels with (shared) FX?

Yes: in the tab CONFIG / USB/SD / Channel Assignemt you can assign FX 1 - FX 4 to the channels 17/18 - 23/24.
yÝou have to engage reccording for the channels 17 -24 in the HOME / RECORD tab.
