Is it possible to use iPad built in mic for Talkback?

Hi,

I’m wondering if it’s possible to use the built in mic on an ipad for talkback? If not, will this be possible in a future update?

Afraid not. Even if we did, the latency would be intolerable. Same goes for PAFL to the headphone jack. There have been many discussions on this before that may contain further details.

For talkback it would be OK - for PAFL it would be unbearable…

If you can route the mic to AirPlay and use an apple router…

Or get a cheap version lapel mic for talkback…
