Is there a clock hidden in my SQ?

Hi all,

I noticed, that my USB-recordings (via direct out) have the correct date and time. Not the folder. That is still living in 1970, but the individual wav files. So, there is an internal clock, which could ve shown on the screen, right? My Samsung T5 and T7 SSDs sure don´t have an internal clock…

You are probably using firmware 1.6.

Anything but guilty.
The idea of ​​stealing time from a connected device has been floating around this forum for ages, and A&H have actually managed to implement it.
However, I was just a little surprised that such a well-known power user was surprised by it. :slight_smile:
