Issues with USB Recording (QU32)

Hello,

We use the USB recording function on a QU32 to record sermon audio at my church. Several weeks ago the QU32 stopped recognizing the USB devices I had been using. I tried a brand new USB and it recognized it. However, I am noticing some glitches in the recordings. The glitches are just for a second. Any ideas on what is causing the issue and whether it can be fixed? Our QU32 is only 4 years old. Thank you!

Have you tried re formatting the USB drives that stopped being recognized?

Are you recording just stereo or full multitrack?

Yes, I have tried re-formatting the USB drives without success. I am recording with just stereo.

As for the glitches maybe the write speed of the drive is too slow.
Do you see any USB error indications pop up at the bottom of the screen?
