Currently in order to save/overwrite an existing show we have to select the show we want to overwrite and then press the overwrite button.
Besides being tedious, it is also very dangerous as it is too easy to accidentally overwrite the wrong show.
It would be a huge improvement if there was a “save” button that automatically saves to the current show (without risking overwriting the wrong one), and a separate distinctive “save as” button to save as a different name.

There’s a SoftKey Function: “Scene Store Current”
When I get back to the Show save window, the current one I was loading isn['t selected anymore. Instead the very first Show in the list is selected. So “Overwrite” without changing anything, as you suggested, will just overwrite on the wrong Show.
Note that I’m speaking about Shows and not Scenes.
Oh - sorry, i didn’t noticed that you talk about shows, not scenes.
