I have a copy of the release notes for the 1.94 update. That’s all I have ever seen about it.
Do you know if there ever was a 1.94 Reference guide? There is some info on the Multiband Comp and Dynamic EQ in the “Fixed-Format Getting Started” guide. I don’t think A&H would have to put out a whole new guide for 1.9; just the updates and additions which are described in the “Getting Started” and Release Notes.
