Hi.
I would love to be able to assign the listen level to an arbitrary fader, instead of having to sacrifice the master fader for it because I am in the situation to need both. Sure, I can move the main fader somewhere else but that is very unintuitive for other people to use. I’d much rather use the master fader as is and have the listen level on another fader.

what you mean with listen level?

I mean the control that is labeled “Listen Level” and can mapped to the master fader when setting up the console as monitor (in Setup → Mixer Config → Role).
That Listen Level control can not be mapped to any other fader than the master fader which for a completely digital console is total nonsense.
You can use a soft rotary for that. I am doing it on my SQ6
Well, SQ5 here, I want a fader for it. 
I signed up just to request this feature. I agree, the function of the Listen Level is unintuitive when the console is used with a pair of booth monitors. Yes, we can work around with the master fader but it’s been difficult to train various operators at our facility. All I would like is a way to sign the listen level to a channel strip instead of the master.
