Can i put delay on the local monitors? I know i can to it on the PFL but can you do it on the locals?

As the signal coming out of the local monitors is the PAFL signal adjusting the PAFL delay will affect the signal coming out of the monitor outputs with the delay you set.
There is no seperate delay for the monitor outputs.
