Local output 1 crackling noise on SQ5

Hi!
I’m getting a loud crackling noise from local output 1 on my SQ5. Easily fixed or factory repair? All other local outputs work fine.
Ideas?

If you send the signal from Output 1 to a power amplifier (not to another mixer!), you hear the crackling.
If you plug the cable from Output 1 to Output 2, the crackling will go away - right so?

Yes that’s correct. I need to clarify that I’m sending the signal to an active monitor.
Plugging cable into output 2 instead and to the same monitor works fine, no crackle.
Plugging output 1 to another active monitor produces the same crackle noise.

Are the send levels and mix the same on both out 1 and out 2?

Mike’s question is of course legitimate.
However, if I assume that you have muted both outputs to make sure that the crackling is not coming from one source, I fear that it is a hardware defect that can only be fixed by the service department.
My query regarding a connected mixer was that a phantom power applied to an output can also lead to noises.
