Main LR + PAFL

I finally got my new SQ5 and feel like a 5 year old at Christmas. I have most everything setup and going except one thing that I want to do but I am not sure now if it can be done or not. I have an overhead speaker on its on Matrix that uses Main LR as its input in my sound room that I am using to monitor the FOH for our services. I would like to send the PAFL to his as well so that I don’t have multiple speakers and not have to use headphones.

Is there a way to send the PAFL to this speaker as well? I know it can be routed uses MIX Out in the IO Screen but then that cancels out the regular feed that I have setup.

PAFL will override the main L R audio just like when using headphones.
In the PAFL set up menu check that LR to PAFL is selected.
That way when nothing is PAFL’d the main L R mix will be heard.
Pick any unused output to assign to PAFL, don’t forget the A & B 1/4inch outs.

Thanks Mike. If I’m understanding and set everything up as described, I will have the PAFL on all the time even when listening to the general Main Mix. Correct?

Yes if you want to monitor the main mix just PAFL it, when needed select
PAFL on other channels or mixes.

I would turn off the PAFL follow mix option in the set up menu.
