I like to navigate with the PDF-Bookmarks. Therefore I added this in the CQ-Manual and upload the PDF for your use.
Since the upload limit is 1024kByte, I can not upload the 5MB PDF-Manual. But I uploaded the Bookmark-List as xml.

That´s because the upload limit is 1024kB and I can not upload the 5MB Manual with the bookmarks.
(By the way: the .xml-file is much less, but I get the error, that I am not allowed to upload a xml-file - and even so, if this would work, I fear you would need to have Foxit PDF Pro to be able to import the Bookmarks into the PDF again, since that is the program I created the bookmarks and saved the xml-bookmark export).
Therefore, this morning, I did sent the finished PDF-Manual with all the created bookmarks to A&H suppor. Being hopping, that A&H e.g. Keith will post this PDF with the bookmarks either here on the forum or on the A&H Support page. Lets see if we see it published on site the next week.

Here some screenshots, to see how the Bookmarks look like. There are more than 660 Bookmarks. I try to upload the xml-file as txt-file.
