When i use matrix 1/2 as stereo and 3/4 as mono it seems i cant control the volume for matrix 4. i only can control matrix 1/2 and matrix 3.is there a solution?
I don’t have a QU, so I can’t verify the following:
However, I believe that when you configure your Matrix 3/4 into two mono matrices, you should indeed get two separate channels 3 and 4.
And it is possible that you haven’t assigned the newly added Matrix channel 4 to a physical fader under “Strip Assign” yet, which is why you naturally cannot use it.
Instead of a reply to my proposed solution, you strangely updated your original post to include an image that obviously does not show an “Mtx4” fader.
Is this not available in your menu “Setup - Strip Assign - Mix”?
I figured it out!
You have to go to “Setup” and select “Strip Assign” then select “mix” then select “Main LR/Mtx” then drag "mtx4 to a mix fader.
That was my problem aswell. it wasn’t showing mtx4 also had no assigned fader but my next post solved that issue
