Will the Me 1 personal monitoring unit work with the CQ 18T if you just wanted to use it for the outputs as one of the out being your personal monitor with more control over it?

The CQ and ME will not talk to each other.
I think, what you are asking for is stage side access to control the aux out mixes. You can do this with a tablet and the CQ4ME app.
