ME-1 won't power up!

I installed an ME-1 mixer powered by a PoE switch (along with 2 other ME-1’s) and tonight it won’t power on. A different network cable was tried along with the included power adapter. Looking from the back through the USB opening, green and yellow LED’s a visible inside, but the screen and buttons don’t light up. A hard reset was tried, but there still was no response from the screen.

Is the mixer dead? Anything else to try besides filing for a warranty replacement? It’s troubling that it failed after just 2 days of use.

How old is the mixer, there seems to be a rash of them having this power up issue lately. I seem to recall the discussion focusing on an internal board issue/problem.

The unit is brand new - just out of the box this past Friday.

Then I’d be getting an RMA and returning it. Nothing you can do with it.
