Ok so this seems to be a weekly occurrence for me, but my ME units seem to be “forgetting” a certain channel assignment. I assign our talkback on our Qu-32 to Mix 4 and then assign Mix 4 to channel 16 on the ME unit. Each week, the ME units “forget” that the Mix 4 was assigned to channel 16 and we have to reassign the channel each week. It doesn’t seem to do this with other channels, although I think we have had other channels be sporadically “forgotten”. Is this just a glitch/bug? Anyone else have this problem? Solution?
I have seen this before. I use presets and try to get the band members to always recall their preset which loads everything back up.

What is the firmware version? This problem was known with firmware till 1.12.
With version 1.13 it should be fixed.
