You can affect send midi from loopyPro to the CQ12T, but only PC, CC or note.
SO you can only trigger softKey or change scene with loopy Pro.
To add more control for fader, pls consider my external DIY 3 fadesr/3 pots box here:

The Morningstar can act as a USB host.

I think (correct me if I am wrong) that those foot controller does not have native NRPN and you need to send multiple CC instead ?
