Please, add the request of yours to this particular topic in order to bring more “weight” to it.
All we need Side Chain / Ducking in CQ, no doubt. The most important thing is how it could be implemented.

  1. As an Insertable Multi-band Dynamic EQ (which will be the better option).
  2. As a Compressor option (which doesn’t provide detailed range control).
  3. It could be implemented as both Insertable Dynamic EQ for precise control and as Compressor option - for general purpose.
