monitoring mixes with headphones

I’ve looked everywhere, but can’t figure out how, or if, I can monitor the mixes in my Qu-16 with headphones. Surely there’s a way to hear the monitor mixes via the phones?

Doesn’t hitting PAFL when you have selected a mix on the master strip not give you what you need?
