Would LOVE to be able to unlink the matrix’s for zone control along with being able to adjust their send levels from the iPad app!
100% agree… especially when doing mono setup and multiple delays, having un summed signals gives greater output and also would give you 6 matrixes instead of 3! competitive to the x/m 32.

And while you’re at it, make the stereo aux be splittable to two mono aux as well.
+1 for mono matrix. Had the SQ5 and SQ6 for four days, and currently on our first job with the SQ5, and the biggest problem I have with it is the three stereo matrices. If we could split them to six mono matrix sends, we could have proper zone control and delays. Currently doing it using aux sends, but eats them up and it isn’t pretty

But also… can’t there just be more? Aren’t they all software (no buttons) so there could be more than just the 6 mono/3 stereo. Please correct me if I’m wrong!
My plan is:
Stereo delay 1
Stereo delay 2
Mono subs
Mono dsp’d centre sub (cardiod config)
Mono Balcony fill
2-3x Mono seperate room sends
This could all be done with ouboard and split mixers but would be nice if the mixer could handle all.

+1 for more matrices AND the ability to split to mono.
I use the matrix busses quite regularly and this will change my work flow
+1 for more matrices and the ability to split to mono, the latter being a critical basic feature.
+1 and options such as adding more matrixes, even if it means cutting down on other output channels such as groups and auxes just like I/D-live “mixer config” menu.
