I am surprised that dLive as a new “flagship” again only 8 colours have for the channel.
We have many sennheiser microphones with different colour rings, and not all colours are representable (e.g. brown and orange).
Is it technically possible and to expect that with a software update other colours come to that?

The backlight uses a single RGB LED, with each colour being either on/off, giving the combinations you see, therefore it is not possible to implement more colours.

It is a pity, RGBW LEDs would have been better.
