Is it possible to use mp3 for playback anyway on the Qu–16?
mp3 is standard file - and very important for me to use without convert into a wave file…!?

Nope.
It can’t be that important, either run a player into ST3 or drop it to wav on a stick.
I’d suggest that the CPU of an FX unit could be abused for this if the licensing was tolerable, but I wouldn’t hold your breath…
