My SQ 6 has one fader where the mute button is not responding anymore. It’s stuck on unmute. Is this more of a hardware issue such as a lose wire connection or is this something that others have experienced as part of a software issue?
I have experienced the same issue.
The fader 24 mute does not function.
We contacted AH and they are sending an advanced replacement.
the mute functions with the I Pad App.
No mute function on the surface.

I concur with Hodderman as I was the one that found the issue on his SQ 6. The iPad app was the only way to control the mute function of that particular channel. The mute button on the console would not respond regardless of it being either muted or unmuted.
