My mixer froze up and would not start just before midnight, yesterday.

After a sleepless night trying to get it working I called the Norwegian distributor this morning at nine o clock sharp. Less than two hours later I got an e-mail telling me that there is a new replacement mixer on the way, and it will be here tomorrow, in time for soundcheck, delivered by special mail to my house.

Thanks guys. That’s what i call GREAT customer service! :smiley:
