Names in screen and layer

Hello forum,

the names of the groups in the layer are correct but the names in the routing screen are from a another show.

I use a T112

The firmware is 1.70. I know I need to update but its not my console :smiley:

Nearly the same here with 1.81.

We shut down the idr Rack for testing the backup situation.

We reconnected the surface, everything was ok but we missed all the channel names in the routing dialog.

Solution:

We renamed just one channel - and all others where renamed also correctly.

Yes,today working with version 1.8 same problem, after changing just one name in the input strip the problem is solved. Strange…[:frowning_face: ]

I had the same behaviour yesterday with 1.82, but only on one client out of four.

Furthermore, every startup of editor he loses more or less names, and it seems to be that only the first 16 channels are not recognized.

Probably it has something to do with the java version, because the clients run different versions…

Solution with renaming one channel functions except the channel coloring.

Second solution for me was the import of channel names tool (Tool cuts down the names down to five characters).

I will investigate that during the next days:)
