A&H, when your R&D department has nothing to do, I’d be really keen on a range of controllers for the SQ family.

If you did an SQ5-C being 16 channels, SQ6-C being 24 etc. Surface would be exactly the same as an SQ desk, but is only a control surface - ideal for smaller venues where a second console for monitors can’t be justified.

Ideally these controllers would connect via wifi (using one of the app connections, rather than wasting the SLink port).

Seeing how much a dLive surface costs, there’s no reason to believe a pure SQ “surface” would be that much cheaper than a full SQ.
