no audio or midi signal from and to Logic Pro X and Qu-24

Hi everybody, yesterday I’ve bought my new mixer Allen Heat Qu-24, I’ve downloaded the DAW Control a set it up correctly (the two little square in the lower side of the set up window lights up)… The matter is that I’ve no audio back from my Mac and from Logic Pro X… no monitoring and no control of the channel strips faders and MMC. I’ve setting the Mackie control creating the two instance Mackie Control protocol (Daw control 1 and 2) in the DAW Control panel. What’s happening??? Am I doing something wrong or is the Qu-24 that has some problem?
