I have a Qu-24 and since today, with no reasons, i haven’t any input signal. I have checked my routing, reset the console, update the firmware… and nothing to do, no signal in any inputs (mic and line).
Have you an idea ?

Are all your inputs LOCAL? Plugged in the back. Check the input routing to make sure they didn’t get changed to DSnake.
Other than that we need more info.
Or switched to USB
All are on “local”. :-/
I Will try USB in my studio tomorrow.
I have tested USB streaming. So there is input signal from my Mac but no sound from any output.
All local input (mic, line, ST) and output (LR, headphone, mix, matrix) doesn’t work !
Muted DCA ?
Do you get sound in headphones when you PFL a channel? How about a Mix or L&R?
My money’s on a DCA too…
I agree it sounds like a DCA problem but it seems that if he did a hard reset wouldn’t the DCA assignments go away? Maybe not. I haven’t tried it.
what are you using to test all these outputs that has proven that there is no output?
Not to be insulting, but apart from everything that has been thought of here,
I am reasonably confident that the console has pooped.

DCA are not muted, no sound in headphone with PFL…
To test outputs (mix, LR, alt and matrix) , i’ve used RCF art315A, Nexo PS15 (work with 01V96) and my studio monitors which work fine with my Focusrite interface. And to test inputs, i’ve used mic (SM58, rode nt1), keyboard and iphone on all mic and line in.
The only signal i have is in input from USB streaming.

I believe you are correct and that’s the probelem, you need to CALL A&H service about this.
The console will return to customer service. I cannot fix the problem myself.
