Noise random during playback, like flanger

Hello, I have a problem with my Qu16, and protools 11, when I press play button or record sometimes I find a noise random It sound like.

I need help whit that please. thanks

system (Maverick, Mac 2.7 ghz 4G Ram)

What version of Qu firmware and OS X are you running?

I would need more details about your session but make sure you’re not playing back the same source twice. For example, if you<re trying to playback a mutitrack session from the Qu-16, don’t playback tracks 1-16 at the same time you have 17-18 un-mute (which is the main L-R by default) it will flange.
