OBS detects SQ7 but no sound

Hi guys newbie here.

The problem:

  • OBS detects SQ7 in the audio settings but it is not transmitting any sound from the singers and instrumentalists live
  • it was working a couple of weeks back and then one of my teammates clicked on “scene” and then pressed “reset mix settings”, would this affect all scenes in the library? Because when I go to other saved scenes, OBS is not picking up any sound from the mixer.

Hi Adrian,

reset mix settings does not affect the saved scenes. IF you saved the settings before your teammate clicked reset mix settings, everything should work as you expect. Are there any globel safes or recall filters set, that prevent the your patching from loading? Also check, if USB B or SQ Drive is enabled.
