I’d love to see an offline editor for the SQ series. It’s something that I have even on a lowly Yamaha O1V96, and I think it is something that would be a real benefit for the SQ. I’m in the process of getting a new theatre show setup on an SQ6 and it would be much nicer to be able to setup all of my channel names, assigns, rough scene presets, etc, from the comfort of my office rather than needing to go the theatre to program the console with an onscreen keyboard.
+1 from my side. I also like to see when this application would have the possiblity to work online, connected to an SQ, as well.

I hope it is ready soon. I really like the way the GLD editor works. It is almost identical to the mixer.
Hi all,
An editor is planned for SQ, though it’s a large project and will not be coming soon, therefore we will be working on some offline functionality for the app as an interim solution.
Cheers!
Keith.
+1. Good news.

Any news on the off/on line editor?
Thanks

Makes the editor like DLive editor, it is so versatile in term of interface and touch screen interaction (especially the dynamic resolution fader scale like the iPad apps have)
Glad to hear this is being worked on. This would be great.

“offline functionality for the app” ? Wow, this would be so great? So we can setup a scene file on the iPad in the Tourbus, then connect it to the SQ and load it? This would be paradise…

+1 an offline editor would be awesome!

+1 for me as well. An offline mode for the iPad app as teased above would be a reasonable alternative.
