Hi,
in some situations on the metering page, the “compressor scales” are greyed out, in spite the compressors are on. This seems to happen in relation with Ganging. It happens to me, when ganging channels, then set up compressor, then go to metering page.
When I am then on the metering page, Turning the compressores on and off again seems to correct the problem.
This behaviour also has been seen with 1.5.
Best Regards,
Tobias
PS: I first tested 1.6 tonight and I liked the new features very much. I have not tested the “USB-Data-Gets-Destroyed-Problem” – I assume there is no information from A&H if that has been fixed?
I can confirm the problem, just not in that order.
For me, it seems to occur when I activate the compressor in one channel or gang, then add another channel via ganging, and then go to Meters.
But has anyone from A&H ever confirmed this problem or commented on it?
Hi,
To bei honrest, I Had really tried to Report two Bugs, one severe, some years with Tickets and that experience was a complete Desaster for me. Until today I have No confirmation, that the severe Bug could be reproduced… And I really spent a lot of time, to create a step by step Guide to do so… So No, I dont think I will Go down that Road again…
Hi there,
I’m sorry to hear that this wasn’t answered when you reported it, but I can confirm this bug has been logged and we’re looking into it.
It appears that when a channel is added to a Gang with a different compressor state (i.e in/out) than what the others have, the Gain reduction meter gets incorrectly greyed out.
Thanks for bringing this to our attention, and I apologise for this getting missed before.
